Your article on simple business plan is great and very educative. It’s a resourcefull material for me as i plan to start s simple business tour company. I do see the sense in getting out the ideas from my head to paper and sharing it with one of the people i expect to do the business. This article also changes my thinking of projecting only the income side and forgetting that these must be matched with expenses projection, in simple terms thinking of profit and loss concept. Even being an accountant, I had forgotten the debit side of book keeping but this article has reminded me. Thanks for giving out this resources free of charge, they are very helpfull.
